A beautiful large Modern British oil on board depicting reflected ducks, by Roy Turlington. Excellent quality and unusual work.

A similar painting depicting cows is in the collection of Bury Art Museum & Sculpture Centre, the gift of Carol Hogben.

The work is painted in a purposefully distressed style. Signed and inscribed on the reverse. Presented in a painted wood frame.

Roy Turlington was a painter and printmaker, born in Sileby, Leicestershire. Firstly he studied industrial design between 1959-65 and did not start to paint until 1970.  He exhibited at City Gallery, Milton Keynes. One work in the Bury Art Museum & Sculpture Centre.
