An 18th century ash and elm stool of good form and in exceptional condition.

The chamfered seat and useful height are in the manner of a Sheffield cutlers stool, but with four legs rather than three.

Rock solid condition with no movement in the legs or any sign of woodworm.

An excellent quality and very usable stool.
