A fine late 19th or early 20th century oil on canvas laid on board portrait of a Pekingese, by Debenham & Gould portrait studio of Bournemouth. Presented in its original ebonised frame and glazed

Debenham & Gould operated a portrait studio in Southampton and Bournemouth from c.1880-1910, working in oils, watercolour and photography. This portrait would have been painted on commission for the proud owner of this beautiful dog

In excellent condition, ready to hang
