A large signed and dated 1902 oil on canvas depicting heavy horses pulling stone from Llanwelwedd Quarry in Builth Wells, South Wales by Henry Crowther. Excellent quality and condition painting which is also an early and important record of Welsh industry. Presented in a gilt frame.
